Padang Sauce Dara Shells Recipe

 Hi guys, so this time I will share the recipe for the virgin clam in Padang sauce


 Materials needed

 1. 1 kg of Shells wash clean

 2. 8 bay leaves

 3. 1 stalk lemongrass crushed

 4. 1 segment of geprek ginger

 5. Sufficient water


 Sauce ingredients

 1.1 chopped onions

 2.1 tbsp oyster sauce

 3.2 tablespoons chili sauce

 4.1 tbsp powdered mushroom broth

 5. 1 tsp sugar

 6. Salt according to taste

 7. 2 bay leaves

 8. 300 ml of water

 9. 1 tablespoon cornstarch mix with 2 tablespoons water

 10. Minya for sauteing

 11. 2 chopped cilantro


 Ground spices

 1.5 cloves of garlic

 2. 6 pieces of boiled curly chilies

 3.2 boiled tomatoes

 4. 1 segment of ginger


 How to cook it

 1. Boil water with 8 bay leaves, lemongrass and ginger then add the clams

 2. Remove and wash the clams until clean

 3.Sauté ground spices and add bay leaves, add onions, oyster sauce, chili sauce, powdered mushroom broth, sugar, salt, pour water until it boils

 4. Pour the cornstarch solution and stir until blended

 5. Remove and sprinkle coriander leaves
